From the Fish Market to the Table
A Menu True to Seasonal Produce
Every day we select the seafood and fish that reaches our kitchen at the fish market, just as our parents did thirty years ago. That is why a good part of the menu — the catch of the day, the items sold by weight — depends on what the sea offers that day, and market prices may vary.
You will find classic dishes of Galician cuisine — Galician-style octopus, cocochas al pil pil, savory pies, creamy rice dishes — alongside our most representative seafood: spider crab, lobster, goose barnacles and red prawn, served by weight depending on the day.
