2. What data do we process and for what purpose?

At Ogrelo we process the personal data you provide to us in the following cases:

• Table reservations: when you book through the availability search tool on our Reservations page (managed by our provider, CoverManager) or by phone, we process your name, phone number, email and party size in order to manage your reservation and to contact you if necessary.
• Direct contact: when you write to info@restauranteogrelo.com, call us, or message us on WhatsApp, we process the data you provide (name, email or phone number, and the content of your enquiry) in order to respond to your request.
• Website browsing: when you visit our website, certain technical data are processed through cookies, as described in our Cookie Policy.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the performance of the contractual or pre-contractual relationship established when requesting a reservation or making an enquiry (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), as well as, where applicable, your consent given by voluntarily providing us with your contact details (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. How long do we keep your data?

Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to manage the reservation or enquiry, and thereafter, where applicable, for the statutory limitation periods that may apply.

5. To which recipients is your data disclosed?

For the management of the online reservation search tool, we use the CoverManager service, which acts as a data processor in accordance with Article 28 GDPR. We do not transfer your data to third parties except where legally required, or for the management of the reservation itself (for example, to the aforementioned reservations provider).

6. What are your rights?

Any individual has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether INVESVIL SL is processing personal data concerning them, as well as the right to:

• Request access to their personal data.
• Request rectification of data that are inaccurate.
• Request erasure of data when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
• Request restriction of processing, in which case the data will only be kept for the exercise or defence of claims.
• Object to the processing.
• Request the portability of their data.

You can exercise these rights by writing to info@restauranteogrelo.com, specifying the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of a document proving your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es) if you believe that the processing does not comply with applicable regulations.
